Born and raised a outside Philadelphia, Executive Chef Dan Galvin started working in restaurants when he was thirteen. It was at that early age, Dan became passionate about food and the people who enjoyed dining out. Dan’s culinary experience has taken him to a variety of cities and places. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY.
He worked the the very busy tourist area of Hilton Head, South Carolina, spent time back in his home town of Philadelphia and finally settled here in Buffalo, NY. He has prepared five-star meals at prestigious country clubs, catered intimate private parties, worked the crowds at some of the largest food festivals in the country and made some of the best late-night bar food you could ever hope for. He’s glad to be here, and Buffalo is happy to have him.
